Life at Phi Chi

About 25-30 medical students live in Phi Chi each year, distributed between each of the classes in medical school. Some students study together for quizes and tests, and some prefer to do so on their own. Phi Chi is designed to allow individual flexibility.

Each apartment is setup with high-speed internet to enable streaming of lecture videos. Students take the Phi Chi kayaks out on the river right from the backyard, BBQ on the clubhouse deck, and run in the arboretum.  

Property Management

The Alumni Association contracts Campus Management, Inc. to oversee daily operations of the apartment complex. The management company is extremely experienced and provides 24-hour emergency maintenance.The staff is knowledgeable, prompt and courteous.

House Meetings

There are typically quarterly meetings for the students, and 1-2 meetings per year with alumni to make sure that everything at the house is running smoothly.

Social Events

We host several events for the medical school community, including fundraisers for international trips and BBQ's.
